**Company Overview**

Catzonia is looking for a **female Branch Supervisor** to support our branch operations and ensure excellent service for our customers and their feline companions. If you love cats, have strong leadership skills, are up for challenges, and are keen to learn — **WE WANT YOU**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Branch Manager in daily branch operations and customer service.
- Supervise staff on cat care, grooming, and cleaning standards. Enforce and adhere to each SOP accordingly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests inquiring about the services provided.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate packages based on their specific needs.
- Process bookings and reservations, ensuring accuracy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Prepare invoices and receipts for payment processing and record-keeping purposes.
- Maintain inventory levels and report shortages.
- Ensure cleanliness of lobby, rooms, and common areas.
- Assist and work with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Act as person-in-charge when Branch Manager is unavailable.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a **cat lover** with passion for pet care.
- **Leadership & KPI-driven** - Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets
- Retail & customer service experience - Understanding of sales and hospitality
- Proactive, punctual, and reliable in team supervision.
- **Social media, photo/video editing** skills are an added advantage.
- **Diploma** or equivalent (preferred).
- Proficiency in Malay & English.

**Work Schedule**

Rotational shifts, including weekends & public holidays.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
