To market the company’s loan products under Hire Purchase, term loan and insurance premium financing.
- To initiate, formulate and execute sales & marketing strategies.
- To approve loan submissions and other operational approvals within the limits granted.
- To ensure achievement of branches’ targets on loan disbursement, insurance coverage under the company’s insurance strategic partners and pricing (effective interest rates charged).
- To lead, train, guide and supervise all branch managers.
- To mentor assigned staff in career development in the company.
- To participate and lead process or operational improvements/projects as and when requested by the management.

**Requirement**
- Recognised degree/professional/diploma qualification in any discipline preferably business related discipline.
- Relevant working experience in equipment financing/banking/finance industry with wide marketing network would be an added advantage.
- Results-driven, possess initiative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good financial analytical, writing and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- the: 10 years (preferred)
