We are looking for an experienced, driven Branch Manager to lead one of our branches in Ampang, Sungai Besi, Bandar Baru Seri Petaling, or Bukit Tunku. Job Summary:

As a Branch Manager, you will take charge of daily branch operations while overseeing a team of financial professionals. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets , providing exceptional customer service , and driving growth for the bank in your location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Set clear goals and provide continuous coaching to ensure individual and collective success.
• Sales & Business Development: Focus on achieving branch sales targets through proactive client acquisition, wealth management services, and cross-selling banking products.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, delivering personalized financial advice and wealth solutions to high-net-worth individuals.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure that all branch operations run smoothly , are compliant with regulations , and provide superior customer service at all times.
• Performance & Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed branch sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) .
• Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate with other branch managers and product specialists to drive bank-wide initiatives and align branch activities with the organization's goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or financial services, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Sales-Driven: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals, particularly in a high-reward, high-performance environment
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership ability to inspire, develop, and manage teams
• Client-Focused: Experience in building relationships with high-net-worth clients (WEALTH) and delivering tailored financial solutions.
• Financial Expertise: Deep knowledge of retail banking products, investments, and wealth management solutions .
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
