**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Purpose-Driven Teaching**:

- Passionate educators with a warm, nurturing personality
- Minimum **diploma in Early Childhood Education** (or pursuing)
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome-training will be provided

**We are currently looking for**:

- Mandarin Teachers
- Assistant Teachers

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines, frameworks and philosophy of Babaiola.
- Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address the children's educational and developmental needs individually.
- Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom.
- Maintain regular communication with parents.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE**:

- Diploma/Degree in Education/Early Childhood related field **preferred**.
- **Fresh graduates** are welcomed to apply.
- Passionate in education and have great patience with children.
- Resourceful, self-motivated and have positive attitude.
- Ever willing to learn and improve.
