What We're Looking For:

• Purpose-Driven Teaching
• Passionate educators with a warm, nurturing personality
• Minimum diploma in Early Childhood Education (or pursuing)
• Fluent in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome-training will be provided

We are currently looking for:

• Mandarin Teachers
• Assistant Teachers

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines, frameworks and philosophy of Babaiola.
• Keep accurate records of children's progress and address the children's educational and developmental needs individually.
• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment of the classroom.
• Maintain regular communication with parents.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

• Diploma/Degree in Education/Early Childhood related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Passionate in education and have great patience with children.
• Resourceful, self-motivated and have positive attitude.
• Ever willing to learn and improve.
