The role is responsible to support in all aspects of human resource and admin functions, mainly on staff recruitment, manpower planning, compensation and benefits and performance management.
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Administration function
2.Training and Development
3.Personnel Management
4.Statutory Payments & Payroll
5.Human Resource Reports
6. Liaise with statutory bodies such as EPF,SOCSO,LHDN on related issues
7. Maintain and update employees personal records
8. Responsible and ensure the department's filing system are in good order and easy traceable.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Degree in Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 - 3 years of working experiences in HR/Admin
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Applications.
- Resourceful, able to meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good team-player.
- Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
- Good computer skills in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint & Word.
- Assist to develop relevant HR policies and procedures, act as the custodian of all HR polices to ensure compliance and also to support the Managers accordingly.
- Assist to provide advices on HR disciplinary issues/disputes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
