**Requirements**:

- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Diploma, Degree in Marketing, Business Studies
- Language : English / Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e.: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work under pressure & meet the deadline
- Strong communication and presentation skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and assist on daily operations of the company and ensures the smooth running of the business
- Support and manage inventories to ensure stocks accuracy (inventory management)
- Develop, upgrade and implements an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, and procedures (SOPs) to drive repeatability and consistency in operations
- Ensure alignment and compliance with processes and SOPs
- Perform checks as required to ensure marketing campaign/promotions are executed accurately
- Be the bridge between the brands operation and retailers to actively communicate business needs
- Proactively take corrective actions to troubleshoot issues that are potential blockers to the operations
- To assist on system implementation and maintenance to resolve system issue and build automation
- Data Driven, Drive business improvement by analyzing and interpreting data by working closely with Data Analyst
- Build and update relevant Operation report
- Perform other relevant task in Operation department

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
