Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Proficient in executing sales strategies, scripts, information gathering on customers.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Upselling products or services.
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas and sales targets.
- Strong marketing knowledge to identify areas of lead growth.
- Handle proper documentation and recording of sales closing activities.
- Handle customer inquiries after-sales service.

**Requirement**:

- **Required language(s): English**:

- **Preferred language(s): Mandarin to serve the China market**:

- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
- Past similar experience is preferred. Knowledge in Internet Marketing/SEO is a strong added advantage.
- Outstanding fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
