About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Representative to join our team at Bestwise Sdn Bhd in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities to drive the company's growth. This is a full-time position with excellent prospects for career advancement.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and contact potential customers to generate new leads and opportunities
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
  4. Represent the company professionally and positively at all times
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and learn from each other
  6. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  7. Provide regular feedback and status updates to the sales management team

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the Sales industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively
  4. Motivated and driven individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
