Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Work closely with Management, marketing team and relevant parties to develop a marketing plan and tactical plan to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management team.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement.
- Ensure reports and other internal intelligence and insight is provided to the sales and marketing organization.
- Monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs.
- Research and seek out potential major clients and forge beneficial relationships.
- Identify emerging markets that could be valuable to the business.
- Forecast future sales and avoid stagnation.
- Optimize manpower and performances to achieve sales target.
- Establish team sales goals and allocate key accounts to each member.
- Form sales strategies to maximize the company profit.
- Serve as a representative of the company at conferences, events, trade shows, and other industry functions.
- Perform other functions as assigned by the Top Management.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, business administration or a related field is required.
- Min 7 years sales department working experience in hospitality industry, preferred tourist attraction, theme park or hotel industry
- Could demonstrate commitment to outstanding customer service, excellent planning and organizational skills, attention to accuracy and details
- Excellent communications, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated initiative; implementing business plans and executing sales initiatives at a senior level
- Flexibility, teamwork, the ability to motivate staff, a positive attitude and integrity
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
