**Responsibilities**:

- Sales & marketing strategy planning in order to generate sales and revenue in order to meet KPI set.
- Market property with market activities via available media platforms
- Coordinate and support for event and roadshow with sales and vendor. Ensure sales achieved as per KPI given with report after promotion and event carried with post mortem for each event carried out for performance review.
- Monitor Marketing inventory in good conditions and properly record.
- Review and design marketing kits, collaterals and sales documents before Management approval and ensure all approved material is available for sales adoption.
- Perform market research analysis periodically. To prepare market survey report by follow up with agent for updated current property market by consistent market research to keep update to market trend.
- Research and obtain valuation report for project marketing.
- Tie up and renewal end financing.
- Prepare Sales Packages with sales gimmick in order to increase sales.
- Prepare Memo as and when required.
- Monitor and action on necessary required to ensure smooth in operation for Sales and Marketing operation.
- Prepare agreement and related documents for recruit and tie up with new agency for market property with full support of information, briefing as and when required.
- Administrative task for sales gallery operations, company car usage and maintenance monitoring.
- Manage and monitor Sales Galley inventory in good conditions and properly record.
- Review, monitor and propose payment under payment payable by HPSB that within company cash flow budget and urgency of payment status.
- Prepare and verify payment related documentations for superior approval.
- Administrative task for recruitment and resignation of sales person, monitor of sales person duty roster.
- Monitor master listing matters for all price list and project units listing that to be tally with project’s floor plan and layout for all projects.
- Ensure sales documents submission by agent before confirm sold at sales portal and submission to Sales Admin Department.
- Ensure and monitor sales process until sales agreement signed.
- Review and verify special request and submission to superior for approval.
- Verify monthly commission for superior approval and ensure accounts process and release payment timely to agent.
- Ensure sales report and presentation slides is accurate for Management review as and when required.
- Ensure Prosales system maintenance / enhancement of system is in order.
- Ensure all procedures are follows accordance to RACI and SOP set, if needed, implementation of new SOP.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
