**Company Background**:

- Perform a variety of tests on prototypes, products, and materials to ensure they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Set up and calibrate testing equipment and ensure it is properly maintained for optimal performance.
- Record test data accurately, analyze results, and prepare detailed test reports.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during testing, working closely with engineers to suggest solutions and improvements.
- Assist engineers in product development, testing, and validation processes.
- Maintain and update testing logs, documentation, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations.
- Work closely with the R&D, engineering, and quality control teams to ensure smooth product testing and development processes.

**Required Qualifications**:
- Diploma or higher in **Engineering**, **Mechanical**, **Electronics**, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in testing or technical roles, preferably in an R&D or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining test equipment.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and data analysis.
- Familiarity with quality standards and product testing procedures.
- Ability to identify technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Ability to clearly document and report test results and collaborate with team members.
- Proficient in both written and spoken **Mandarin**, essential for communication with Chinese institutions and for operating equipment featuring Mandarin interfaces.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
