- Greet clients and visitors with a helpful attitude
- Assisting clients in finding their wat around the office
- Responsible in maintaining workplace cleanliness and safety
- Assist in record of P/O, S/O, D/O. quotation, invoice, and receipt
- Collect data for Aoikumo system and Daily Appointment base
- Issuing GL and record claims corporate / panel
- Reporting daily appointment made via Whatapps
- Report settlement merchant by end of the day
- Scheduling appointments for patients and trainer/physiotherapist in order to avoid clash of scheduling
- Assist and convince/sales to clients on package subscription available
- Collect and filing all the related documents
- Helping on label filing document for proper documentation
- Replying any queries from potential clients and as well remind clients for their appointment via whatApps
- record any debit and credit payment/transaction form client
- check on stock, refreshment, product to purchase
- Report issue in center
- Receive new and ad-hoc tasks from Director and manager

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
