**A.** **Personal Assistant to Club Manager**
1. Organizing Meeting & Taking Minute Meetings
2. Arrange appointment for Club Director
3. Maintaining daily calendar activities for Club Director
5. Issuance of Complementary Vouchers
6. Document Controller
7. Update on Head of Department Leaves
8. Liaising with Staff, Head of Departments, Suppliers, Members & Guests
9. Follow up on HOD task/project from Club Manager Office
10. Monitoring Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
11. Complimentary Request Form (CRF) Record
12. Coordinate Head of Department and Executive KPI
13. Liaison person with TCB Directors
**B.** **Admin Executive**
1. Clerical works (Procurement process, stock monitor, bills & etc)
2. To check and monitoring the activities and schedule of contracted services by contractor/service provider
3. To oversee and ensure action taken through compilation of work order.
4. To assist on any other related matters/ assignments as assigned by superiors
5. Supervise and ensuring the cleaning and housekeeping activities are properly done and carry out as required
6. Support organization to supervise, maintenance and improve the changing rooms for Golf
7. Annual renewal of license, contract & etc.
8. Doing all the administration work related to the department and ad hoc job as required.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as a personal assistant
2. Knowledge of office management system and procedure
3. MS Office and English proficiency
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
6. Discretion and confidentiality
7. Diploma or certification in Secretary/ Office Management would be considered an advantage
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
