About the role
You will be responsible for driving marketing and communication services, strategies, plans and initiatives within Group Marketing for internal communications to DKSH employees, and serves as Communications Business Partner for HR and Talent communication Group-wide. This role requires superior service orientation as well as ensuring delivery of outstanding marketing and communications service quality for stakeholders.
- Develop and implement internal and talent communications strategies, plans, initiatives, projects, materials, guidelines, and processes.
- Serve as a competent Communications Business Partner and lead for marketing and communications needs in HR.
- Create marketing and communication materials such as e-newsletters, digital campaigns, social media content, websites, webinars, presentations, brochures, ads, videos, collaterals etc.
- Develop content for marketing materials and communication pieces.
- Develop toolboxes with templates, how-to-guides, and examples, and deliver trainings.
- Project management of marketing and communication projects.
