They are the largest water purifier company in the country. They are looking for amazing talents to join their Retail Sales Team as a Brand Ambassador/Customer Service Personnel.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Actively engage in cross-selling and upselling products to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered in the store.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Provide information on promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with health and safety regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum qualification of SPM or a high school diploma; additional education in customer service or retail is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Able to work on rotational mall shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- **Training will be provided**
