Data Processing work related to the logistic field: search, analyst, audit input, as well as reporting management.
- Ensure discrepancies are escalated for prompt resolution.
- Perform administrative and documentation functions.
- Continuously improve on the existing business process.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers on shipment progress and delivery.
- Oversee the smooth running of day to day operation
- To ensure teams follow SOP and investigate non compliance.
- Assist with any other assignments as and when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Supervising employees during day-to-day tasks
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Shipping/Supply chains/ Logistics Related field.
- Managing customer complaints and resolving their issues
- Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
- Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
- Completing tasks assigned accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with any other assignments as and when required.
