We are a growing jewelry company based in Bayan Baru, Penang, seeking a detail-oriented **Account Assistant** to support our day-to-day finance and administrative operations. You will work closely with the Owner and Accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial recordkeeping.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **data entry** for invoices, payments, and receipts
- Assist in **accounts payable (AP)** and **accounts receivable (AR)** processes
- Perform **monthly bank reconciliations**:

- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial records
- Prepare supporting documents for month-end closing and audit
- Monitor daily cash flow and petty cash
- Assist with inventory and stock record updates (related to jewelry)
- Liaise with suppliers and customers on payment matters
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department
- Report directly to the **Owner** of the company

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent**:

- At least **1 year of experience** in a similar role preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel** and familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount)
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Willing to learn and grow within the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
