IT Executive

The role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks. This role ensures system security, provides technical support to end-users, and assists in the implementation of IT projects to improve operational efficiency.

信息技术专员负责公司整体信息系统的日常运维与技术支持，包括硬件设备、软件系统及网络基础设施的管理与维护。该岗位需确保系统运行的稳定性与安全性，及时响应并解决用户的技术问题，同时协助推动IT相关项目的实施，以提升公司运营效率与信息化水平。Job Responsibilities岗位职责：

1. Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in hardware and software technical problems within reasonable timeframe in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.负责并维护日常终端用户的技术支持工作，及时处理硬件及软件方面的问题，以确保日常业务运营的顺利进行。

2. Troubleshooting and administration of the server, network, internet access, phone, printer, door access, attendance system, CCTV, production systems, and infrastructure.

负责服务器、网络、互联网访问、电话、打印机、门禁系统、考勤系统、闭路（CCTV）、生产系统及相关基础设施的故障排查与管理维护工作。

3. Perform IT controlled equipment purchase arrangement, provide information and recommendation for computer purchase.

负责IT受控设备的采购安排，并就电脑采购事项提供相关信息与专业建议。

4. Network administration including network plan and IP address maintenance.

负责网络管理工作，包括网络规划与IP地址的维护。

5. Create user guide and provide user training.

负责编制用户操作手册，并为终端用户提供相关使用培训。

6. Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures and documentation

负责制定、更新及维护公司信息技术相关的规章制度、操作流程与技术文档。

7. Perform routine data backups, system updates, and antivirus management.

执行日常数据备份、系统更新及防病毒管理工作。

Qualification & Requirement任职要求：

2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in system implementation and support.

至少具备2年系统实施与技术支持相关工作经验。

3. Experience in ERP or SAP process would be an added advantage.

具有ERP或SAP系统操作经验者将具有优势。

4. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software & Hardware or equivalent.

优先考虑具有IT/计算机（软硬件）或相关领域经验的初级执行人员。

优先考虑有终端用户环境工作经验的应聘者。

6. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin will be added advantage.

语言要求：需具备英文和马来文能力，懂中文者为加分项。

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
