**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily administration, operation task, data entry, filing & documentation.
- Prepare customer order.
- Maintain and create documents using SQL system.
- Maintain, record and filing of hardcopy documents.
- Preparation of Supplier and Customer account opening.
- Maintain Incoming and outgoing stocks.
- Monitor, maintain and record of Demo/Loan /Sample stocks.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc.) or equivalent.
- Responsible, serious, hardworking, willing to learn
- Experience in SQL system is an added advantage.
- Full-Time position(s) available
