**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Segmentation-:

- Analyze customer data to identify and define key target segments.
- Monitor segment performance and behavior to refine targeting strategies.
- Campaign Development & Execution-:

- Plan and execute segment-specific marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams to produce engaging materials for each target group.
- Outlet & Field Engagement-:

- Travel to outlets regularly to understand local market dynamics, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness on the ground.
- Liaise closely with Area Representatives and Outlet Managers to gather insights, improve execution, and co-develop localized strategies.
- Propose tailored marketing initiatives for specific outlets or clusters based on segment needs and market potential.
- Market Research-:

- Conduct research on consumer trends, competitor activities, and market gaps.
- Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies for specific segments.
- Channel Management:

- Identify the best platforms and channels to reach each segment.
- Optimize content and messaging per platform and audience behavior.
- Performance Tracking:

- Set KPIs and track the effectiveness of segment marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Support product launches and segment-focused promotions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to customer segmentation or targeted marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, or BI dashboards.
- Creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with campaign planning, content development, and digital marketing is a plus.
- Willing to travel regularly to outlet locations as required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Experience in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

**Travel**: Must be willing to travel frequently between outlets, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and travel demands.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
