**Job Summary**
- Provides essential nursing services in occupational health services, including routine health assessment, medical surveillance, health promotion programs and occupational hygiene initiative.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing daily in-house clinical/ occupational health activities which include fitness to work, return to work, high risk group monitoring and etc.
- Conduct and oversee health screenings from annual medical examination requirements and scheduling appointment with OHD for those with issues on FTW.
- Conducting urine collection procedures strictly following the company standard for urine drug and alcohol testing.
- Administer first aid treatment particularly during work related incidents including emergency cases confidently and liaising with in-house OHD or appointed assistance doctor and arranging hospital transfer if indicated.
- Drive/ support routine health program as per required by Global Team particularly on Absenteeism, Fatigue Management, Ergonomic, Work-Related Injury Management.
- Conducting audiometry testing (if qualified) and other occupational hygiene related initiative.
- Participate in audits and inspections related to occupational health.
- Liaise with external health professionals and regulatory bodies.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times according to Personal Data Protection Act.

**Requirement**
- Minimum 5 years in Nursing (preferably Emergency Department or Intensive Care Unit) with at least 1 year experience in Occupational Health Department.
- Experience in managing workplace health programs and supervising teams.
- Familiarity with Malaysian occupational health regulations.

**Required Certificates**
- Registered Nurse or Medical Assistance under Nursing Board of Malaysia or Board of Medical Assistance Malaysia with a valid APC.
- Valid Certification in Occupational Health Nurse (OHN) by NIOSH.
- Valid Certification in Assistant Medical Review Officer by AOEMM.
- Valid Certification in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Prefer American Heart Association (AHA) Standard).
- Valid Certification in International Trauma Life Support or Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) by accredited issuer.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
