**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and analytical intern currently pursuing a Degree, to join us for a 6-month internship. This role supports business operations by analyzing data, supporting strategic projects, and coordinating logistics and administrative tasks. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and efficient supply chain and office operations.

**Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis & Strategy Support**:

- Participate in the planning and execution of key strategic projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are achieved.
- Analyse business metrics across departments (Sales, Marketing, Logistics) to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track operational performance.
- Document and map current business processes, gather requirements, and summarize key findings.
- Conduct market and competitor research, including SWOT analysis, to support business development strategies.
- Identify potential risks related to business activities and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

**Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating cross-border shipments by liaising with freight forwarders, suppliers, internal project managers, and China counterparts.
- Help prepare and manage shipping and procurement documentation (POs, DOs, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
- Support inventory tracking and stock movement monitoring.
- Contribute to the planning and scheduling of inbound and outbound deliveries.

**Administrative & Office Support**:

- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document tracking.
- Help manage and monitor office supplies and administrative inventories.
- Support meeting coordination, minutes preparation, and internal communication.
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized documentation system for both logistics and admin functions.

**Other Duties**:

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day operations.
- Participate in company meetings and projects as assigned.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as required by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- **Currently pursuing a Degree** in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- **Available for a full-time internship (6 months)**.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Power BI or data visualization skills are an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently and within a team.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
