General Worker for Kitche

**Food Handling & Preparation**:
Assist in washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients as per kitchen instructions.

Ensure proper handling and storage of food materials to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.

Adhere to portion sizes as per patient dietary requirements

**Meal Assembly & Packing**:
Support in plating or packing meals accurately based on diet orders.

Label and organize food trays and containers as required for delivery to patients.

Ensure timely preparation and packing to meet delivery schedules.

**Sanitation & Cleanliness**:
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, tools, and work areas after use.

Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.

Maintain hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Equipment Maintenance**:
Report any malfunctioning kitchen equipment to the supervisor.

Ensure proper usage and care of kitchen tools and machinery.

**Inventory Support**:
Assist in unloading, organizing, and storing kitchen supplies and inventory.

Check for expired or damaged goods and report them promptly.

**Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.

Assist in other kitchen duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**: Minimum SPM or equivalent.

**Experience**: Previous experience in food service or kitchen operations is an advantage but not required.

**Skills**:
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical stamina to handle standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Hours**: Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift up to 20kg, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,132.85 - RM2,049.45 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week
