Finance Officer

1. Handle Account Receivable
2. Prepare monthly billing based on system/ operations reports and job sheets.
3. Posting Accounts Receivable to General Ledger Account.
4. Prepare Intercompany balances.
5. Updating AR aging and collection status from customers.
6. Perform any other related duties as and when required by the Superior.
**Job Requirements**
- Education Level: Diploma / Degree
- Related Working Experience:
- Officer: Diploma (preferably in related field) or 1 year of experience (preferably related experience) if lower than Diploma Level (preferably in related field)
- Senior Officer: 0-1 year of experience (preferably related experience) with Degree/ Diploma (preferably in related field) or 2 years of experience (preferably related experience) if lower than Diploma Level (preferably in related field)
- Skill:
- Able to speak, read, write and understand Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Computer literate
- To attend all trainings and presentations on health and safety matters as well as
accident preventions.
- To comply strictly with EHS related policies and procedures as well as all safety
rules that are rolled out from time to time.
