**Objectives**

**Drive Sales Growth**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue across all Goodnite outlets.

**Support Sales Team**: Provide training, tools, and strategies to Goodnite Outlets & Goodnite Project Sales Team to close deals successfully.

**Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy Development**

Formulate comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Collaborate with sales assistants to tailor approaches based on local market needs.

**Training & Support**

Design and deliver training programs for sales assistants to enhance their selling skills.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure consistent performance across outlets.

**Marketing Campaigns**

Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

Coordinate with Goodnite Marketing Team for advertising and promotional materials.

**Market Research & Analysis**

Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and threats in the market.

Analyze customer feedback and sales data to adjust strategies accordingly.

**Sales Performance Monitoring**

Track sales performance metrics and report findings to management.

Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address performance gaps.

**Customer Relationship Management**

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Collaboration with Teams**

Work closely with product development and design teams to align product offerings with market demand.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.

**Budget Management**

Assist in developing and managing the sales and marketing budget.

Ensure cost-effective use of resources for maximum ROI.

**Requirement**:
Bachelor’s diploma or degree in related field.

Experience as a Sales & Marketing Executive in the cabinetry industry.

Strong knowledge of cabinetry materials.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Knowledge in MS Office.

Able to travel.
