**About the Company**

Our client is engaged in one line of business: the development, manufacturing, marketing, sales and service of semiconductor assembly equipment for the global semiconductor and electronics industries.

**Job Objectives**
- Coordinate daily and annually inventory count, responsible for inventory write-off inclusive system and physical disposal.
- Responsible in managing inventory movement.
- Carry out continues improvement to ensure of inventory availability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepared daily count list, communicate / liaise with cycle count leader any issue related to cycle count.
- To assist superior for annual count preparation.
- Responsible to manage inventory and other related to Warehouse Inventory Management.
- Develop, implement and monitor all key functions and processes related to inventory transactions and stocks fulfillment to ensure that they are accurate and timely.
- Liaise with Product Specialist with regards to face in face out of inventories.
- Timely submission of monthly report e.g. KPI reports; monitor the progress and take the needed actions if the results deviated from the set target.
- To take up ad-hoc duties / assignments as when assigned by the Management.

**Job Requirements**
- Min **Diploma in Inventory Mgmt / Logistics / Statistics / Mathematics**:

- Min **3-5 years **of experienced in **Warehouse Inventory Management**:

- Proficient in **SAP and MS Office e.g. Excel, Pivot**:

- Good in problem solving, analytical skills, following up open task
- Work independently with mínimal supervision
- A team player and able to deal with all level
- Proficient in **English **(spoken and written)
- Good in **Reporting, Planning Skills, Presentations**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 3 years (preferred)
- Warehouse Inventory Management: 3 years (preferred)
- SAP: 1 year (preferred)
- MS Excel Pivot Table: 1 year (preferred)
