Workshop Coordinator

Finbond Group is a leader in the heavy machinery industry, and our workshop is the engine that drives our success. We're looking for a highly organized and proactive **Workshop Coordinator** to be the central hub of our busy operations, ensuring every job runs like a well-oiled machine.

Responsiblities:

- Coordinate all job requests—from inspections and repairs to maintenance—ensuring a seamless workflow from the moment a machine enters our workshop to the moment it leaves.
- Command our ERP system by managing job cards, processing purchase requests for parts, and maintaining perfect digital and physical records.
- Act as the key point of contact between our mechanics, management, and the sales team. You'll provide clear, timely updates on job progress and keep everyone aligned.
- Take charge of our spare parts and tool inventory. You'll monitor stock, manage our check-in/check-out system, and make sure our team has everything they need to succeed.
- Uphold our high standards for workshop safety and cleanliness, ensuring a productive and secure workplace for everyone.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a workshop, automotive, or industrial setting.
- An exceptional talent for organization and a keen eye for detail—nothing gets past you.
- Strong communication skills; you can speak confidently with everyone from technicians to senior managers.
- Comfortable with technology, especially ERP or inventory management software.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset. You don’t just spot issues; you help solve them.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- USJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Heavy Machinery : 3 years (preferred)
