**CAN WALK IN INTERVIEW FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY 10.00AM-12.00PM AND 2.30PM TO 5.00PM EXCEPT SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the accurate and efficient running of reception including check-in/out procedures
- Response to any phone calls from guests in a polite manner
- Responsible to inform Floor Executive of any relevant feedback from Guests and/or other departments.
- Manage, record and resolve promptly on guest complaints
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Ensure the customer will give a review after they check-out

**Requirements**:

- A team player with high commitment and ability to perform under pressure
- at least with SPM and open to all races
- Ability to work independently and mobile
- Committed & strong sense of urgency towards the deadline
- Knowledge in Excel, Words and other computer skills
- Should be comfortable working in a fast changing and growing global environment where accountability, quality, timeliness are key components
- Ability to work shift and during the weekend
