Job Descriptions
- Serves as a liaison between the customer and various departments
- Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources
- Coordinates well with other CS, superiors, and colleagues from other departments
- Promptly following up with customers to address and resolve issues.
- Managing and prioritizing customer escalations to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Previous 1-2 years of working experience in customer service in IT related field.
- Customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and assist both internal and external customers.
- Good understanding of Unix or Linux systems.
- Familiarity with network settings and troubleshooting.
- Must have a sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
