**Overview of the Position**:
The primary objective of this role is to provide comprehensive oversight of all project-related aspects. The incumbent will be accountable for ensuring efficient project management practices, promptly addressing and resolving any escalations, and maintaining the highest standards of project execution.

**The role required to execute the below tasks and initiative**:
**Project Management**
- Oversee project-related matters and ensure effective management.
- Familiarity with systems, processes, SOPs, and company policies.
- Plan and implement projects within the company.
- Assist in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and contribute to process improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project management.

**Issue Resolution**
- Identify potential risks and roadblocks and work with teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Escalate critical issues to superiors for timely resolution.

**Communication and Collaboration**
- Coordinate and communicate project details to cross-functional teams.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration across departments.

**UAT Testing**
- Perform UAT testing and ensure timely completion

**Documentation**
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation

**Resource Allocation**:

- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure project teams are on schedule and within budget

**Team Support**:

- Provide support and guidance to team members
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

**Quality Assurance**
- Ensure projects meet high-quality standards and align with client or company expectations

**Change Management**
- Support change management processes and obtain necessary approvals.

**To be successful in this role, we are expecting the below**:

- Demonstrated experience in project management, particularly within the multi-level marketing (MLM) industry or other fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques; adept at managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities; adept at identifying and addressing project challenges.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
- **Work location: Bukit Jalil (Nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)**:

- **Working days : Monday to Friday (9 am - 6 pm)**
