**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting Executive Role Job Scope includes**:

- Handle full set accounts up to financial statements level
- Reconciliations of Bank Account, Account Receivable, Account Payable and other accounts
- Monitoring debtors / creditors aging and ensure all the payments are up to date and accurate
- Provide Weekly payment / collection forecasts
- Ensuring all accounting entries are complete and accurate
- Prepare proper Journal Entries and book keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing office correspondence
- Liaison with Tax Agent in ensuring compliance with Taxation Rules
- Prepare SST Submission
- Payroll Function
- To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required
