About the role

Are you an experienced Executive looking to join a leading organisation? As an Executive, Accounts at Mewah Group, you will play a crucial role in the Accounting team, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and reporting for the company. This full-time position is based in Port Klang, Selangor, MY.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing general accounting duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all financial transactions
  • Assisting with auditing processes and responding to audit queries
  • Providing support to the finance team as required
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
