The role

Join the team at R Line Services Sdn Bhd as an Account Executive (Logistics & Manufacturing). In this full-time position based in Klang - Port Klang, Selangor, you will play a key role in supporting the company's accounting and financial operations.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  2. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
  3. Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
  4. Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
  5. Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.
  6. Provide administrative support and other ad-hoc assignment to the team as needed.

What we're looking for

  1. Solid experience in bookkeeping and accounting, preferably in the logistics or manufacturing industry.
  2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficient in using SQL Accounting Software and Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  6. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
