Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Accounting Intern / Accounting Executive
to support our finance team with daily accounting operations. This position offers hands-on experience in real-world accounting processes, financial reporting, and compliance, making it an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates pursuing a career in accounting or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records in accounting software
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, invoices, and payment records
  • Help manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial files and documentation
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and balance sheets
  • Participate in internal audits and compliance checks
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in
    Accounting, Finance, or any related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
