Onsite IT Support Technician Freelance

Job Responsibilities
- Responding to requests within a timely manner with appropriate level of urgency and follows up with customers on all issues.
- Escalates and coordinates Service Desk requests to appropriate support groups.
- Assists in the installation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktop technology hardware and software and network devices.
- Administer user accounts via Active Directory and other related tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
