**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Chat Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our diverse client base through various digital chat platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide product/service information via chat channels.
- **Problem Resolution**: Diagnose and resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively while adhering to company guidelines and procedures. Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary, ensuring timely resolution.
- **Multilingual Support**: Utilize your proficiency in multiple languages (specify languages required) to assist customers from different linguistic backgrounds. Ensure clear communication and understanding between customers and support teams.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers. Stay updated on product features, updates, and promotions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, resolutions, and feedback. Document customer feedback and recurring issues for further analysis and improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with other members of the customer support team, as well as cross-functional teams such as product development and quality assurance, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- **Quality Assurance**: Adhere to quality standards and performance metrics to ensure consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Strive for continuous improvement in service delivery

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,200.00 per month
