**Main Res**ponsibilities: -**

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.

M0nitor fire alarm control panels and other emergency equipment.

Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports.

Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.

Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.

Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.

Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications

Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

**Job Requirement & Qualifications**

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or relevant field.

CPR and First Aid Certification.

Computer literate with the ability to work with Microsoft Office and MS Teams.

Ability to read and comprehend drawing plans.

Able to communicate with people at all levels and meticulous with an eye for details.

Able to handle 20 - 30 site workers.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

**This position is located in Kg Gajah**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
