**About**

Whip Technology Sdn Bhd is looking for a Project Associate to assist with managing clients and projects. The Project Associate shall assist project managers to successfully execute projects, build relationships with current and prospective clients as well as manage documentation such as budget, work schedule and alike.

**Project Associate Responsibilities**

A Project Associate should be able to fulfil various duties and responsibilities. They should be able to work closely with project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets and timeframes for projects. The following are additional duties and responsibilities that an Project Associate should be able to do:

- Participate in project meetings.
- Identify potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions for current project,
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information,
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track,
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored,
- Ensure effective communication between relevant parties pertaining to project,
- Communicate with client to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives,
- Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
**Project Associate qualifications and requirements.**
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of maintaining strong relationships,
- Strong organizational and skills,
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities,
- Team management and leadership skills,
- Able to work independently.
- Experience in Wordpress, Figma and Photoshop is a bonus.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem solver and customer-centered,
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in management, business management and any other related field,
- Applicants without proper qualifications with two (2) years of experience in project and/ or client management are encouraged to apply,
- 1 year of work experience in management, project management and/ or any related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
