**Requirements**:
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Secretarial Studies/Business Admin/Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experiences in Secretary/ Hospitality/ Airlines/ Hotel field.
- Possess good organizational, administrative, writing and basic accounting skills or, great knowledge in Marketing & Social Media.
- Fluent in spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to the reporting Director.
- Draft, prepare and handle confidential reports, business proposals, correspondences, meeting agendas, notices, presentation slides and taking minutes of the meetings.
- Answer and screen all in-coming calls and correspondences.
- Attend to guests, visitors and staff to Director’s Office.
- Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointment including travel itinerary, accommodation reservation, dining reservation and business meeting.
- Coordinate with bankers to ensure timely placement and draw down of facility.
- Monitor bank accounts, issue payments and prepare bank reconciliation.
- Monitor insurance and housing loan.
- Handle Director’s business and personal private and confidential matters.
- Assist in any other special/ ad-hoc assignments or operation works assigned by Director from time to time.
