JR41474 Intern - Operation Excellence

**Project Title**:
Manual Touch Point Reduction (MTPR) Solution

**Description**:
MTPR is a network program aimed to reduce all high-risk touchpoints that have potential risk to operational error which may incur and can affect the quality of the product.

**Scope**:To identify top improvement activities to eliminate high-risk touch points which may induce operational error and drive improvement for product quality and Best In Class (BIC) labor productivity.

**Supporting Team**:

- Engineering Team
- IT / SMAI Team
- Manufacturing Team

**Deliverables**:

- Identify the high-risk touch points in the production line.
- Generate ideas and explore the solution on how to eliminate / mitigate the high-risk touch points.
- Work out with supporting team on the implementation of the proposed solution.

**Stretch Goal**:

- Contribute 2% reduction of high-risk touch points in Manual Touch Point Reduction (MTPR) program.

**Requirement**
- Degree in Engineering
- 6 months internship
