**Responsibilities**:

- To conduct all maintenance activities in accordance with approved standards, ensuring guest comfort, satisfaction and safety is the highest priority at all times.
- To perform daily maintenance operational and preventive maintenance tasks.
- To plan the daily task according to the established plan on a daily basis
- To ensure the quality defect, equipment defect and other issue or problem is reported by prompt feedback and frequent communication with superior.
- To ensure all tools and equipment provided by the company to perform the maintenance works are kept in good working condition.
- Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services.
- To conduct any other duties as may be assigned by superior to ensure the achievement of desired departmental working efficiency.
- Proficiency in aircon servicing and wiring.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs.

**Requirement**:
