**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor company’s cash flow.
- Develop and maintain finance database, financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.
- Oversee the finance team to address various daily challenges and actively engage in problem solving activities.
- Manage and propose tax planning for the group and directors.
- Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of group of financial reporting, ensure adherence to statutory requirements, company policies & procedures, and accounting standards.
- Assist to identify and resolve operational issues related to accounting & finance.
- Prepare tax information and computation, ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements.
- Set up internal control procedure, improve accounting and reporting systems.
- Lead accounting team and prepare presentation for the Director.
- Familiarity with BG Loans, bridging loans, and EF, etc.
- Maintain a good connection with banks.
- Update exchange rates, strategy finance interest rates and comparison investment portfolio.
- Financial planning for the whole group of companies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management role, overseas market with progressive responsibilities.
- Experience in the Development industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiar with Vietnamese accounting, international finance and tax system is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: RM120,000.00 - RM156,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)
