**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and Execute Testing: Conduct acceptance testing for data centers and server rooms following industry standards, technical guidelines, and project requirements.
- Electrical System Focus: Oversee the inspection and testing of 33kV & 11kV MV distribution systems, transformers, 0.4kV LV distribution, UPS, 110V DC systems,
- diesel generators, PDUs, busbars, and other critical electrical infrastructure.
- Data Management & Reporting: Accurately compile and document test results, prepare detailed reports, and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Client & Consultant Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants, addressing technical concerns and ensuring alignment with project expectations.
- Project Execution & Compliance: Ensure all testing activities comply with regulatory and safety standards, resolving any non-compliance issues promptly.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and diagnose system failures, propose corrective measures, and ensure implementation.
- Process Improvement: Continuously optimize testing methodologies, procedures, and documentation to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Team Support & Leadership: Supervise on-site testing teams, provide guidance, and coordinate resources to ensure smooth project execution.
- Progress Monitoring & Escalation: Track testing progress, report non-compliant items or anomalies to senior management, and recommend solutions.
- Emergency & Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle urgent departmental issues, support colleagues in cross-functional tasks, and manage unexpected operational challenges.

**Required Qualifications:**
- Conduct acceptance testing for data centers or server rooms according to standards, guidelines, operation manuals, and test plans. This includes electrical systems such as 33kV medium-voltage distribution systems, 11kV medium-voltage distribution systems, transformers, 0.4kV low-voltage distribution systems, UPS, 110V DC systems, diesel generators, cabinet panels, busbars, PDUs, etc.
- Organize and document test data accurately, and complete original test records.
- Manage communication with clients and consultants during data center testing projects.
- Complete client-commissioned tests and on-site testing, and compile and submit the results.
- Track testing progress, report non-compliance or abnormalities to senior management, and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Perform other tasks assigned by leadership, address unexpected issues within the department, and support colleagues with other department duties.
- Required Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or
- Measurement & Control Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data center or server room acceptance testing or 5years in commissioning, testing, or field service in 0.4kV and above power distribution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility, and ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and relevant technical tools.
- Hardworking, detail-oriented, and willing to work overtime.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin & Malay preferred.

Salary Range: RM13000-RM16000

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- data center or server room acceptance testing: 3 years (preferred)
- commissioning, testing, or field service in 0.4kV: 5 years (preferred)
