LOCAL BASIC SDN. BHD. seeks a CNC SURFACE GRINDING EXPERT to help design test our planned
upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s name.
1.Grind external or internal cylindrical tapered surfaces.
3.Rough and finish flat, cylindrical, and conical surfaces.
4.Read and interpret charts, drawings, and blueprints.
5.Determine product specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, and number of parts to be ground.
6.Mechanical engineering technicians provide technical support to mechanical engineers in producing and
manufacturing mechanical machinery.
7.Perform Precision 3D contour grinding as per the mould design profile.
8.Select the right CBN and Diamond contour grinding tools based on mould and die material.
9.Program the contour grinding machines as per the geometry of work pieces.
10.Perform the IPQC during contour grinding.
11.Prepare necessary work holding jigs and fixtures for holding the contour grinding work pieces.
12.Preventive maintenance of contour grinding machines.
