**JOBS DESCRIPTION**:
HI,
Wm-r Industry Sdn. Bhd. seeks a MILLING & TURNING PROGRAMMER EXPERT to help programmed and test our
planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products befitting our
company’s name.
1.Set-up and operate CNC milling & turning.
2.Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality.
3.Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise.
4.Coordinate with purchasing manager to maintain inventory of raw materials.
5.Write formulas to program turning and mills using different computer software.
6.Adjust and verify machine settings to desired product specification.
7.Troubleshoot issues with the machine during the instructional design process.
8.Train new staff members on machine operation procedures.
9.Discuss project specifications with engineers and supervisors to guarantee consistency between plans and
products, and collaborate to modify designs when existing ones are not feasible.
10.Oversee cutting process, make adjustments throughout each job, catch mistakes as they happen and take
necessary measures to eliminate errors.
11.Edit CNC programs as required
12.Extract the CNC data from part drawing and drawn in computer aided manufacturing (CAM) data as refer to
machine processor use.
13.Prepare for CAM program data and CNC machine operations process for Hartford.
14.Improve defected dies in CNC machining process.

**EXPERIENCE**: 5-8 YEARS

**QUALIFICATION**: DIPLOMA/ADVANCED DIPLOMA/HIGHER GRADUATE DIPLOMA/DVM/DKM LEVEL 4 /DLKM LEVEL 5
MANUFACTURING AND TRADING OF PRECISION ENGINEERING PARTS AND RENDERING OF PRECISION ENGINEERING SERVICES.
