**KITCHEN ASSISTANT FULL TIME/ 全职厨房助理**
- Prepare and cook the food menu in accordance with food standards and recipes. 根据食品标准和食谱准备和烹饪食品菜单
- Clean and prepare all basic food items including portioning, battering, breading, seasoning and/or marinating. **清洁和准备所有基本食品，包括分份、上浆、裹面包糠、调味和/或腌制**
- Handle, store, label, and rotate all products properly and in accordance with instructions and food handling regulations. 根据说明和食品处理法规正确处理、存储、标记和轮换所有产品
- Keeping kitchen clean and tidy and adhere to closing checklist. Assist to close the kitchen thoroughly to avoid pests. 保持厨房干净整洁并遵守收尾清单。 协助彻底关闭厨房，避免害虫
- Promptly report food quality or shortage problems to Assistant Kitchen Manager & Kitchen Manager. 及时向助理厨房经理和厨房经理报告食品质量或短缺问题
- Adhere strictly to HALAL and food safety regulations at all times. 始终严格遵守 HALAL 和食品安全法规
- Take care of kitchen equipment, working safely around them, and report any maintenance issues to the Assistant Kitchen Manager & Kitchen Manager. 保持厨房设备在良好状态，在它们周围安全工作，并向助理厨房经理和厨房经理报告任何维护问题
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the Senior Kitchen Assistant/ Assistant Kitchen Manager / Kitchen Manager. **执行高级厨房助理/助理厨房经理/厨房经理分配的所有其他任务。**
