Business Operation Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced **Business Operation Manager** to oversee and enhance the daily operations across our kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, and furniture business. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth coordination from sales to production, delivery, and installation — ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee full project lifecycle from sales handover to installation (site measurement, design, production, delivery, and after-sales service).
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments: sales, design, procurement, production, logistics, and installation teams.
- Monitor daily operations, resolve bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
- Work closely with the production team to manage orders, timelines, and material procurement.
- Monitor stock levels and supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Coordinate with factory and external vendors to ensure quality and cost control.
- Track project schedules and ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Liaise with sales and project teams to manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively.
- Handle escalations related to defects, delays, or site conditions with a solution-oriented approach.
- Supervise operations staff and field teams (delivery & installation).
- Implement and maintain SOPs for each operation phase (from order confirmation to handover).
- Conduct periodic training, quality checks, and performance reviews.
- Maintain records of project status, costs, production output, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies at every level.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in operations, preferably in the **kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, or furniture** industry.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Familiar with materials, fittings, on-site measurement, and basic construction coordination.
- Must be able to write and communicate fluently in Mandarin (Chinese), in order to liaise with suppliers, clients, and superiors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, project tracking tools, and ERP/inventory systems.

- 全面管理项目生命周期：从销售交接、现场测量、设计、生产、配送到售后服务。
- 协调各部门工作，包括销售、设计、采购、生产、物流与安装团队，确保各环节流畅对接。
- 监督日常运营，识别瓶颈，优化流程，提升效率并缩短交付周期。
- 与生产团队密切合作，管理订单进度、物料采购与排产计划。
- 监控库存水平及供应商绩效，确保物料及时送达。
- 协调工厂与外部供应商，确保产品质量与成本控制。
- 跟进项目排期，确保按时交付与安装。
- 与销售及项目团队沟通，管理客户期望，主动解决问题。
- 应对质量、延迟或施工现场等问题，提供及时有效的解决方案。
- 监督运营团队及现场安装团队，确保高效执行。
- 建立并维护各环节标准操作流程（SOP），从订单确认至项目交付。
- 定期开展培训、质量检查及员工绩效评估。
- 记录项目进展、成本、产量与关键绩效指标（KPI）。
- 确保所有流程符合公司政策、安全及质量标准。
- 准备每周/月度管理报告。

**任职要求：**
- 拥有商业管理、运营管理、室内设计或相关领域的大专或学士学位。
- 至少**3年相关工作经验**，有橱柜、衣柜或家具行业经验者优先考虑。
- 具备良好的组织、问题解决与团队管理能力。
- 熟悉定制家具材料、五金配件、现场测量及基础施工协调。
- **必须能流利以中文书写与沟通**，以便与供应商、客户及上级沟通。
- 熟练操作 Microsoft Excel、项目追踪工具与ERP/库存系统。

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
