Sales & Customer Service Executive

**Job Summary**:
- We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused *Sales & Customer Service Executive* to manage B2B client relationships, grow sales, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams. You’ll handle both *pre-sales* and *post-sales* activities to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
**Responsibilities**:
- **-Sales Duties**_
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers (factories, garment manufacturers, distributors).
- Follow up on sales leads, samples, and inquiries.
- Present company products (especially microfiber fabrics) and promote key advantages.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **-Customer Service Duties**_
- Coordinate with internal team (production/logistics/admin) to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly.
- Handle complaints, delays, or issues professionally and provide timely solutions.
- Track and update clients about order status, documents (invoice, DO), and shipping arrangements.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and service.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (B2B industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and \[any other relevant languages, e.g. Mandarin, Bahasa].
- Self-driven, responsible, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Knowledge or interest in têxtile/fabric industry is an added advantage.
