**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of restaurant and banquet service areas
- Greet guests and assist with seating and menu presentation
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and equipment
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Follow hotel procedures for billing and handling payments (if applicable)
- Support buffet replenishment and food presentation during meal periods or events
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related program
- Interest in food and beverage operations and guest service
- Basic communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, presentable, and professional demeanor
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays

**Learning Outcomes**:

- Gain exposure to various aspects of F&B operations in a hotel setting
- Develop customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Learn about restaurant and banquet service standards and procedures
- Understand teamwork, time management, and operational coordination in F&B
- Improve problem-solving skills in a real-world hospitality environment

**Internship Duration**:
Duration - 3 months, 6 months and more
